Everyday your chef delights you from morning to evening. The day begins with a hearty French breakfast in the wheel-house salon, then a traditional Burgundy lunch menu, accompanied with selected wines. For hundreds of years Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards on the hillsides of the Cote de Nuit and Cote de Beaune, have been harvested by hand, stored in oak barrels then placed in cool cellars. The skills and techniques have been passed down form the Cistercian monks to the Burgundian vignerons for centuries.
