With three cabins, all of which are suits, with private bathrooms, opening portholes or windows, plenty of cupboard space, air-conditioning, the vessel is well equipped to provide up to six passengers with the maximum of comfort, whilst the barge retains her original character and style. The wheelhouse is very large, with traditional wood finishing, from here you can participate in the navigation activities with your captain, he'll show the skills and techniques of locking a barge through the canal system. Please consult the plan of the barge for more details about the barge layout and cabin positions. There are bicycles (18 speed mountain bikes) available for everybody, you can wander off exploring the canal tow-path, villages and country lanes at anytime, even whilst the barge is cruising, you an get on or off at each lock. Take a stroll along the tow-path and rejoin the barge at the following lock, along the way, you'll find all the varieties of wild flowers and poppies, oak, elm and beech trees with forever changing colours. Take your time and have a drink in a local French café or taste the fresh bread from one of the small traditional bakers.
